Thermodynamics An Engineering approach is very similar to the previous editions, however the property tables in the end are updated and the previous editions were very good. This book is very suited for specially college students. The book is clear, explains difficult material well, and the problems are generally realistic. The characteristic that sets this book apart is the amount of real world examples instead of so much theory that comes with many other books.

This is probably the best book in applied thermodynamics. The book is very easy to read so not much previous experience in physics is required to understand the new concepts.
